The Pre-Paid iPhone

Many people have been waiting for the iPhone to buy their new iPod or MP3 player - after all, why buy a video iPod for 500 when you can get the iPhone, with a larger video screen, all the goodies of the video iPod, but with the whipped cream topping of a phone too?
The only drawback of the iPhone, has been the two-year AT&T contract, which if you had just signed up for a contract - before you knew (really lousy timing) you either have to break it and pay a couple extra hundred bucks, or pay two contracts - not smart, or wait - Doubly Lousy!
It would appear, however that AT&T is going to offer the phone with pre-paid plans, this according to inside information obtained by BoyGenius.
This is sweet as it allows you to have your video iPod, with the phone capabilities on a much cheaper than normal plan while you finish out your old contract on your other phone. Basically it just opens up the avenue to buy the iPhone for anyone standing on the fence line. It saves having to sign up for a long two-year contract, allowing you to keep your options open and yet still have the hottest, coolest phone on the market.
Just one more month ladies and gentleman, - maybe less!
