Kiosks Coming Soon Will “Fill” iPod On The Go

Soon whether you are in an airport with unexpected delays, jumping onto a train or lounging at a hotel you will be able to fill your iPod or your iPhone with music, games and videos without having to plug in your laptop and find a wi-fi service.

22Moo is finalizing their Digital Diner 9 kiosks which they plan on launching next year at the CES and MacWorld shows in January 2008.

The prototype showcased will be powered by an Apple Intel based Mac Mini running a 15″ TFT touch screen with virtual keyboard software, a wireless internet connection and a customized application with a timed access to iTunes.

They plan on putting the kiosks in airports, train stations, hotels, shopping malls, schools, cafes and coffee shops everywhere.

All you will have to do to fill up your iPod/iPhone is simply connect it to the kiosk and download away.

The kiosks will have multiple dock connectors making it compatible with older iPods and shuffles as well as the iPhone and newer models.

Product & Technical Manager Jason Chan states “It will be one of the most advanced internet kiosk’s of its kind.”
