Samson just released the StudioDock 3i USB Monitors for the price of about $195. This item features a built iPod dock, support for USB audio, and two analog audio imputs.
The iPod dock allows you to play music through an attached iPhone or iPod. Your iPhone will let you know if it is not compatible, so you may receive the usual cell phone interference. The dock will charge the iPhone or iPod while a USB cable is strung between the speakers and your computer. The speakers can also act as your computers desktop speakers, while also providing you a way to play music from your iPhone or iPod.

The iGPS 360 module device will give GPS availability to your iTouch or 2g iPhone. This module will plug into the bottom of your iPhone 2g/ iPod Touch, which will need to be jailbroken first in order for this module to operate, because Apple has not given the approval for any device to access the OS through the dock connector.
This device has a back-up battery that will store the GPS information. It will also allow you to charge both the iPod Touch and 2g iPhone along with the GPS module at the same time through a micro USB cable, which comes with the GPS device.

Rich Lefko from MyMac Magazine recently reviewed the iFrogz Vibez speaker system and gave it a MyMac rating of 4 out of 5. Rich described how the Vibez helped him out with a presentation he had to give.
“There I was, in the conference room setting up for a presentation. I needed sound for a clip within my Keynote presentation. They had one of those mounted overhead projectors all wired up with sound. I reached behind the Windows machine and unplugged the audio and video cables and plugged them into my MacBook. The video came up, but no sound. Beads of sweat formed on my brow as I tried in vain to get sound out of that system. One no longer has to take their pictures from their camera to their computer to their iPod – now it all can be done in one simple step by simply connecting your SD card to your iPod with the iWay.
This allows for a very easy way to share your pictures and actually view them with friends, say at graduation just minutes after you take them, on a screen that is usually larger and brighter than the camera screen.
Once uploaded you can either retain the images on the SD card or erase them to get more room.

Jax, from Prosoft, is an iPod plug-in that can accomplish a variety of features and according to Prosoft will soon be able to do much more. Their slogan – “Real Life Meets Digital Life”
Jax can download information from the internet and let you find point-to-point directions, get local news, gas prices, movie
listings, e-mails, and the like. It allows you to read these as text documents or listen to them on your iPod as spoken words.
One can also manage their music, find songs with specific phrases, manage album art and research bands, band members or find similar bands.
The great thing about Jax is we have not heard the last of them. Jax will be continually upgraded with mostly free downloads from their website with a module called Jak. The new Jaks will incorporate new and more innovative ways to control the iPod with information from the net and applications from your computer.
