It is a given that if you listen to your iPod during class, particularly during a test you will get busted, but one way to really get busted, as in three-year-prison-term busted is to listen to your iPod while you’re supposed to be listening to testimony
during a murder trial!
The Online Times has reported that while Judge Roger Chappel was presiding during the murder trial of Alan Wicks he thought he heard “tinny music” but dismissed it as a figment of his imagination. That is until a juror passed him a note saying that one of the jurors was listening to her MP3 player.
The juror, a Muslim woman in her early 20’s, was apparently listening to the music beneath her headscarf as the man who bludgeoned his disabled wife to death testified.
It is thought to be the first time such a happening has taken place and if proven the woman will be facing charges of contempt of court. People found guilty of contempt of court face an average of a three-year prison term.

Who says that only your cell phone can have a nifty little MP3 player, complete with an iPod look-a-like click wheel. After all why can’t your desktop phone have one as well. At least it has the potential for probably some pretty good speakers.
Microsoft showcased more than a dozed new phones at the Windows Hardware and Engineering Conference presenting one complete with a click wheel for navigating through contacts and a huge music library.
Guess if the Zune doesn’t make it perhaps Microsoft’s land line MP3 phones will. Why not? As long as it has a headphone jack it would just be like listening to your computer - why you wouldn’t just listen to the music through your computer I haven’t figured out yet, - you can tell me if you do.
The phone is reported in public beta testing along with eight other devices.

We have our fabulous iPods loaded with all our favorite music, yet we of course still always want more.
According to a survey by Jacobs Media this more comes in the form of desiring FM radio as well - simply put we love having our songs yet we also want to know the new music and we want to hear it before we buy it for free!
The survey consisted of more than 25,000 respondents from over 69 Rock-formatted stations in the US. Over 33% of the respondents said that their most desired new feature in a new MP3 player was a FM receiver, with 43% of people who already own an Apple iPod desiring the feature in the next iPod.
The survey also showed that iPods were still in extremely high demand with nearly half (45%) of iPod less respondents saying they will most likely buy one this year.

We just had an iPod jacket for work, now we have an iPod jacket for play. Soundwalk MP3 is for everyone who wishes to jam to the iPod or MP3 player while skateboarding, bike riding, or even running at night.
The Soundwalk MP3 vest not only lets you listen to your music with headphones it also lets you listen to music without them (a good thing, especially riding as you can then still hear the cars whizzing up behind you). It does this through light-weight amplified speakers on each shoulder strap. This also makes for the coolest movin’ tunes that everyone can hear if you’re our skateboarding with your buddies, or shootin’ some hoops.
The cool vest has a spot for your cell-phone as well and with just the touch of a button allows you to toggle between the two.
Another big bonus (especially when rock climbing!); no wires!

Done in shades of Gold, Red, Sappire, Light Sapphire, Fuschia, and Light Pink the Swarovski Crystal Ear Phones, bring a little bling bling to your iPod/MP3 player, and a little life to the little white ear buds.
Done in stylish “hand rocked” crystal these earbuds let you add a little of your dress up - feel like a princess - to your iPod - and are just plain fun.

Since they are “hand rocked” seven days is asked before the order is sent to you, and they are from the UK so if buying them for your niece here in the US for her birthday (just something I was thinking of) give a little extra time.
The earphones cost 24.99 GBP or $49 dollars - no idea what shipping is - They are currently on sale for 19.99 GBP or $39.23 as a “new” special. You can also have them specially packaged in a boutique branded gift box for $2.95 GPB or $5.78.
