Why Is It Called The Hatphone?

It is not a phone - doesn’t work with a phone, yet - so why the name Hatphone? Why not something like iHat?
Irregardless the Nike Therma-Fit Hatphones have been released in full glory, showing off colors of red, black, silver and gray for the men, and voilet, porpoise blue, black and white for the women. Nike is also offering the hats in a Wool Graphic Hatphone. Porpoise blue and black wool skullcaps are also available for women, with black, brown, dark blue, and white wool skullcaps available for men.
Nike states “This cozy, comfortable skullcap features full functional Nano click wheel controls through a power mesh window
in back so you can keep moving while mixing up your music”.
The Nike Therma-Fit Graphic Hatphones are made with a double-brushed microfiber fleece that retains energy and resists heat loss - they retail for $60.00, The Wool Graphic Hatphone’s are made to be cozy and comfortable, they retail for $55.
